For all the products purchased, MSB offers a warranty lasting 2 years following all the EU requirements and customers are encouraged to contact the company any time to get technical assistance. In case customers would like to exchange the product or request for a refund, the product will have to be shipped back to the company according to the return policy guidelines. The product will undergo a thorough examination and a corresponding report and compensation will be provided to the customer through exchange or full refund. Delivery fees will be included.
The warranty will not be covered in the following cases:
- There is any sort of damage, modification occurring from incorrect installation and/or usage of the product.
- No faults or defects have been discovered during the examination of the product
- Proof of Purchase has not been provided and/or the warranty period of the product is over.
